Our Supplies Drive is Live!

Water is life.

We are so proud of all the hard work that goes into our Giving Meals. With the help of our dedicated volunteers, we hand cut all the nutritious veggies, cook everything from scratch, ensure each meal has a balance of protein and fat to make it filling, and we treat each dish as though it was something we would make in our restaurant because delicious food is the only kind of food we want to serve.

And, our Giving Meals aren’t quite complete without water and snacks. Over the past year we have handed out thousands of bottles of water, bags of chips and pieces of candy while out in Denver’s streets serving our neighbors experiencing homelessness. In fact, some folks only want water and/or snack foods, so these items are not only vital to our service but also in very high demand.

We are calling on the folks in our community to help us provide these items to our guests. From now until the end of November we will be accepting cases of bottled water, chips and/or individually wrapped candy.

Want to help?

We are asking for donations of:

CASES OF BOTTLED WATER

CASES OF SINGLE-SERVE PACKAGED CHIPS

BAGS OF INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED CANDY

All items must be by the case or bag (versus individual items) to ensure ease of transportation and storage.

Our drop-off location is:

Green Spaces at 2590 Walnut Street
9am and 7pm Wednesday, Thursday or Friday
from now until the end of November!

Street parking is available and there is a loading zone designated right in front of the building entrance for easy drop-off. WALK THROUGH THE FRONT ENTRANCE OFF WALNUT and immediately look left to find a door with our logo on it and drop the items inside. It’s as simple as that!

Please contact me at whitney@thepreserveryfoundation.org if you have any barriers to participating in the supplies drop-off but would still like to donate items!
